As a member of the Kern County Chapter, you have access to our activities and events. Below you can find out how to attend one of our monthly Lunch & Learn sessions, and you can sign up for study groups to assist you before taking the CPP or FPC exam.
We meet monthly to learn from industry experts and to connect with our colleagues. The cost for each event is as follows:

Study Group Registration
To help you prepare for the CPP or FPC certification exam offered by the American Payroll Association, we offer group study sessions where you can learn along with your colleagues and friends.

CPP & FPC
APA certification is a valuable, objective credential that verifies a specified level of knowledge, skills, and abilities in the payroll profession.
APA offers two levels of certification -- the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) and the Certified Payroll Professional (CPP). The exams are administered at more than 300 locations throughout the United States and Canada. (Please see below for Military and International Testing opportunities)

There is a $50 refund at the end of the course with attendance of 80% or higher.
