Speaker Biography
Ms. Harshberger is VP, Practice Leader, Payroll Tax, GEP Administrative Services, Inc. (AKA Entertainment Partners). Considered an expert in State and Federal Payroll Taxation, for the last 17 years, Becky has provided Tax guidance for US employees working on motion picture and television productions in both the US and around the globe. She is responsible for employment tax and information tax processing, reporting, systems upgrades and legislative changes. She is a member of the APA, part of the National Speakers Bureau and Chairs the Government Affairs subcommittee focused on IRS issues and the New SUI Task Force. In 2014, she was awarded the APA Meritorious Service Award. In 2020 she was awarded the APA Special Recognition Award. Becky has been a Certified Payroll Professional since 1999.
